The tournament is dedicated to the memory of Lauri Salmi, who tragically passed away in May. A prolific tournament player, a good friend to many VTES players both locally and abroad, and generally a great guy. He left us way too soon.

The Ropecon 2025 VTES tournament will be held on Saturday 26th July, starting at 11:00. There is no tournament fee, but a valid Ropecon ticket is required, see the Ropecon site for more info. Normal VEKN constructed rules, 3 rounds + final. Proxies are not allowed.

Decklists are not required, but registration system (coming later) will allow you to submit a decklist, and all players with valid submitted decklists will receive a small extra prize (extra promos, most likely). Decklists will be requested from finalists, in any case.

Please be on site on time, players who have not registered to the tournament (either on-site or online) by 10:45 will not be able to play in the tournament. Everyone is encouraged to be on site and ready to play by 10:45 latest, in any case. Please allow plenty of time for the Ropecon ticket queue!

Online registration will open later, watch this space. This is optional, but recommended -- players who have registered online do not have to register separately on site, it is enough to be there (well) before 11:00 when the tournament starts.
